You see such message when the settings of Play@TV database aren't configured properly. Play@TV uses a BDE engine for its database. When another program in your PC uses BDE, the BDE settings could be changed and cause such a problem.
Check the followings.
1. Click [Start]-[Control Panel]-[Switch to Classic View]-[BDE Administrator] to start BDE Administrator.
2. From [Configuration] tap on the left list, select [Drivers]-[Native]-[PARADOX].
3. Check the value for LEVEL on the right table. If it is not "7", change it to 7.

4. Close BDE Administrator window.
If you have changed the value as above, you have to remove the Organizer database.
* Note: Deleting the Organizer database means deleting all the media information added in Media Organizer. You can't restore them once deleted.
5. Open C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Play@TV.
6. Delete Database folder and Album Arts folder in the folder. If Organizer has a different database for each user, you need to delete all the user folders (C:\Documents and Settings\User's name\Application Data\Play@TV) since one database is created for each user.
Run Organizer again and add media files. Run Viewer.
