The BGM you chose for the photo album of Organizer is used as the BGM of slideshow in Viewer. In order to use BGM, you need to configure video option of Viewer to use BGM.

Set the [option]-[Photo]-[BGM] of Play@TV to 'BGM.' After changing the setting, try running slideshow again.

5. I'd like to view movies in 16:9 proportion on a wide TV.

Play@TV NMP4000 supports both 4:3 and 16:9 proportions. Select either '4:3 Standard' or '16:9 Wide' from [Option]-[General]-[TV Type] on the Home screen of Viewer.

Generally, movies are played in a wider screen than 4:3, so when you play movies on Play@TV, you will see black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. Also, the image will expand sideways.

Some wide-screen TVs automatically detect the black bars and expand the video to fit the screen. If so, characters' faces will appear longer than usual. Please read the manual for your TV to change this setting.

6. It moves to Home screen when I didn't press anything.

This happens when a network connection has been disconnected.

Check the connections or network settings.

There is no way to find out the password. You have to initialize the password and set a new one. The initial password is 0000. If you select "Load factory default" on the exit menu from Viewer option, the password will change to 0000. Select 'Password' on [option]-[general] to set up the password.
